The fan coil connection kit includes 100 ft of ¾” Aurora flex pipe, 4x ¾” female fittings, 4x ¾” male fittings, and flange tool.
The aurora flex pipe can be cut to length and the fittings attached with the flange tool.
The fittings included allow for various connection configurations. Depending on the configuration used, 1 or 2 fan coils can be connected with the included fittings. Additional fittings are available.
Aurora flex pipe is stainless steel SUS 304 (3/4" OD & 5/8" ID) solar piping with high temp 3/4" EPDM insulation and weatherproof coating. Includes silicon wire for temperature probe.
Cut the hose to your desired length with cutter
Put a fitting onto the solar hose, put one end into flange tool NOTE: Flange tool sold seperately
Use a hammer to flatten the end of the hose
squeeze on the Solar hose stainless steel Circlip on
Insert high Temperature gasket
Tighten with a crescent wrench until gasket is tightly sealed
