Arctic Heat Pumps not only have the highest rated performance in North America but also come with solid industry leading warranties. To be ensure your product is fully protected you must register your warranty within 30 days or receiving the products. We also require you to submit installation photos.
Prior to initiating a warranty, please contact our technical support team. They will work with you to determine if there is a problem that requires a warranty replacement part. In most cases replacement parts will be shipped out on a priority basis for fast delivery. Arctic Heat Pumps will not be responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, this includes but is not limited to freezing of the system because of lack of antifreeze protection, damage caused by incorrect exterior placement of the heat pump, and does not extend to any other damages to property as a result of the failure of the heat pump.
