| Comments | 50' x 60' x 20' tall with a 3:12 pitch two story with shared air between first and second floor. 2nd floor square footage is about 1,500 sq ft. Radiant flooring with 2.5" of insulation under the slab. No floor covering over cement. 2' of closed cell foam on walls and 3"d on ceiling plus additional mineral wool insulation on ceiling to help with sound and additional R value. Interior walls will be made out timber framing wood and sawdust-crete which is similar to hempccrete and will absorb and release moisture and solar mass. |
