Radiant flooring with 2.5" of insulation under the slab. No floor covering over cement. 2' of closed cell foam on walls and 3"d on ceiling plus additional mineral wool insulation on ceiling to help with sound and additional R value. Interior walls will be made out timber framing wood and sawdust-crete which is similar to hempccrete and will absorb and release moisture and solar mass.
